Yoga Teacher

A yoga teacher, certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and lifelong fitness enthusiast passionate about helping adults build strength, mobility, and longevity for the long game. After losing more than 60 pounds in her mid-40s, she became passionate about helping others build strong, healthy bodies without extremes or starting over. Her approach blends yoga, strength training, mobility, recovery, and mindfulness into a practical, down-to-earth style designed for real life. Heather has been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching since 2022.
